FOCUSMATE
Focusmate is a virtual coworking space created for today’s digital workers as a solution for distraction and procrastination by pairing members with an accountability partner from anywhere in the world for a live session of goal-oriented activity.
My objective was to identify the issues driving customer dropoff after their first session and redesign the member homepage experience to get users back for a second session while repositioning the brand with a focus on safety, familiarity, and community.
THE SOLUTION
A personalized dashboard that provides a clear and simple way to book and join sessions, while conveying a sense of accomplishment and community.
Rethinking the calendar experience to reduce uncertainty and unfulfilled expectations by creating an intuitive interface and giving the user more control over how they want to utilize the calendar tool.
Session-specific features allow the user to set partner preferences and communicate their intended activity and goals to establish expectations and set both members up for a productive session in a secure environment.
