THE CHALLENGE
I sought to discover what types of creative activities would resonate with people in a digital format that could offer a moment of introspection and uplift. Informed by these findings, my mission was to design a unique and satisfying digital experience that incorporates both digital and tactile art and creates an equal ground for all levels of creatives.
Dawn is a lifestyle app concept that promotes self-discovery, improves mental well-being, and inspires new ideas through engaging in daily art activities.
Art has the ability to change your perspective, mood, and behavior. Using art for creative expression can increase self-awareness, build confidence, reduce stress and anxiety, help to process complex emotions, promote insight, and allow you to connect to the moment and yourself.

Think of a time when you felt light, calm, and clear minded. A moment where you were as agile and unburdened as a floating cloud.
I stood in London’s bustling Oxford Circus junction, gazing up in awe at Janet Echelman’s billowing woven sculpture suspended above. Its floating form was illuminated with projections of vibrant, changing hues that rippled with the shifting weather. The artwork is an invitation to pause amid the commotion, offering you a chance to gaze skyward and contemplate its physical manifestation of interconnectedness - when any one element moves, every other element is affected. I strive to be like 1.8; lightweight, flexible, and a fearless light above the chaos.
